He began his career as a young entrepreneur and promoter of Shivam Security Services in his early twenties. He quickly expanded into other enterprises, becoming a successful business leader and serial entrepreneur. Today, Shivam Group of companies offers a variety of hard and soft services, including facility management, property management, dispute resolution, business support, human power and security services.

Even in today’s competitive cutthroat business environment, through Shivam Group, he has provided employment for more than 28000 people, both skilled and unskilled, to work in residential, industrial, and educational institutions, among other support staff services. Additionally, he single-handedly looked after the security of more than 10,000 acres of land spread across India with extraordinary skill in obtaining land possession in challenging circumstances.
